At Beauty Luxuryy, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
1. GENERAL POLICY
We offer a generous 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse the products originated from. Therefore, always contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior return authorization.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to find a suitable solution.
3. EXCHANGES
If you wish to receive a different item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order separately. This is often the fastest way to get what you want.
4. 14-DAY EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
